For a while, my wife worked in the office directly above them. It was unbearable, as this place would blast rap music at just about all hours of the day. They all had to wear headphones and changed offices as soon as their lease came up. Those snow cones were pretty good, but I would imagine it's hard to turn enough of a profit selling sweetened ice to pay overhead in a trendy/expensive area...especially considering that product is really only generally desired 1/2 the year, at best. The funniest part about that trip is the filming scenes are about 1.5 miles from each other. The Galveston house is actually on Heights between 14th and 15th and the Chick-n-Cone is at 20th and Shepherd. I'm guessing the Little League field is near that as well.
