And my company announced we're moving to Westchase. Will miss the current 10-15 minute drive to the Galleria but am pretty excited about being back near Chinatown....

We need a good Bellaire Asiatown thread. Here are some I know of but I'd love to get some other recommendations

I've been to Nam Giao but forgot the name. They have good banh xeo.

Here's my Bellaire list:

Pho Dien +3. Their pho is the best I've ever had
Pho Danh in Hong Kong Market is a close 2nd
Haven't had it but I've heard Pho Sapa is legit

Saigon Pagolac - 7 course beef meal is the OG of town. Been going here since I was a kid

Jasmine - love love the food here. Everything I've had here is algorithms absolutely delicious. I go here quite frequently. The downside here is the the terrible service. They take longer than anywhere I've ever been, but the food is worth it

San Dong Noodle - fantastic dumplings

Mein - my new favorite in the whole Chinatown. Fantastic dishes and the service is super quick. You'll get your order out in 5 minutes

Pepper twins is good

if you like a numb mouth, ask for extra peppercorn.

where do we recommend if we want to be a big fatty and go to an AYCE buffet?

For Chinese, I go to Hunan Chef on 1-10/Wirt. Nothing special but not terrible. Got your typical buffet food. $12 lunch

Vietnamese - Kim Son on Bellaire. Great variety on Viet cuisine. I love going here and pigging out. ~$25

Sushi - Kirin II near Willowbrook Mall. I eat the hell out the sashimi and crab legs. ~$25
