Kings Court is pretty good. Chapmans and Kirby was until it got taken over.

I rent a house in eado with no garage, but I usually feel pretty safe and haven't had much trouble.
ymmv. it is a gentrifying area. you will get frustrated by trains and sometimes gunshots happen. I love 2nd ward like crazy, but I'm not going to pretend like it's never hood.

I lived at the lofts at the ballpark my first year out of school. Only two positives:

1. Walking distance to MMP
2. Mike Jones kept a place there at the same time

I'm not sure what they are but there has to be better options in the area.

Well this was foreshadowing like crazy. Duckers broke into my jeep last night, tried to bypass the anti theft system but couldn't, ended up stealing another tenants jeep. I've lived here 4 years and this is only the 3 time I've heard of a vehicle being broken into. They have the criminals on video.

Living anywhere that close to the city; Eado, Wedo, Sodo, Nodo, or whatever else sounds horror story-ish enough for me. Basically anywhere not at least 45-60mins away from there.
