Thanks for the info. Do these quotes include haul away of old fence? The $44ft quote I received didn't have haul away as a separate line item so I'm not sure how much they charge.

Got mine done at 28, had 2 gates done….decent work but not blown away by the quality.

Can you confirm they are legit before I give him the up front payment they are asking for? They want 2500 up front before they schedule the job so I want to double check with you that's normal and isn't a risk for me.

I generally don't like paying contractors up front but agreed to do so with him after meeting in person and discussing over the phone again. He has done successful fence jobs for me at three houses, my brother in law, and a guy from my church. After he finished working with me, I was impressed by his work and told him I would vouch for him as much as possible going forward as thanks. You can see the work he did for me at 1310, 1312, and 1314 Asbury St, 77007.

And that fence pic along TC Jester wasn't finished when I took that. Still needed the trim pieces up top.
