Who went to the first show last night? We had got tickets for the first time in a long time and sat and watched the whole rodeo and concert. I thought Cody Johnson put on a really good show.
Leaving the show was a whole different story. It took us over an hour to get on the tram and leave the parking lot.

I agree. The energy was there from start to finish. I thought the acoustics were very good also.
Are the ridiculous flat brim Charlie 1 hats the female equivalent of square toed boots? Just terrible.
Walking to the lot. is usually faster. If you don't have a pass, parking in a nearby cash lot is often better since you only have to wait for a few cars to get out of one exit instead of 10,000 cars. If you don't have to be up early the next morning, it's also good to grab a dessert at the carnival while traffic dies down a little.Hwy30East said:

First time going to the rodeo in a while, so pardon me if this has been asked and answered, but is parking similar to a Texans game? Are there cash lots on Main in the strip malls? Way worse than a Texans game. Texans games don't really have fans.
There are some cash lots around. Not sure how much of an advantage they would be over $20 at Astroworld.
