Some genius at r/houston took no time at all to start campaigning against it as soon as the lineup was announced:



I was pleasantly surprised to see some pushback from people commenting that none of the hipster "scientists" ever complained about music festivals or sporting events they wanted to go to, just Rodeo.

Coming back to texags will be like sliding into a warm bubble bath.

Its pretty clear to me now that at least 40-50% of comments on reddit are AI / bots, and most topics are started by paid astroturfers.

I never was implying that they would, or wouldn't cancel the rodeo. I was speaking to the fact that their wouldn't be a huge blowback in case they do cancel....I highly doubt they cancel the rodeo, but then again Lina hates her some republicans so who knows?
