There is a modern white building that has no signage or anything. Very secure, multiple cameras. Does anyone know what that is or who owns it? Heard a rumor of being a car collection warehouse.

I think it's where Vinod Ramani (Urban Living) keeps his toys.
This must be the 25th guy I heard about who got rich doing real estate.
No ID # shown on HCAD maps for that block, and no listing for 319 St Emanuel, which is the address indicated on the doors. Overhead doors and dynamic barriers in front of the doors would support the exotic car collection theory. Or maybe it is another one of Rodney Ellis' art collections being paid for by the County.

I've never known many that could work for him for long.
I think she is pretty "protected" and doesn't have to deal with a lot of bs, from the conversations I have been a part of. Also got the impression dude could be difficult though.
maybe he's calmed down but he used to churn through employees when we had our offices over there.
His whole operation (which has been wildly successful) was like a high pressure used car sales shop. At one point, he represented like 75% of the builders in the Rice Military area, so if you wanted a new build over there, you were probably going to have to deal with Vinod and his cronies.

Looks like this one settled after the final judgment and before an appeal, so he definitely had to pay something with a $28.8 million judgment hanging over his head.
