Teare sounds like an upset teenager. Basically announcing that he plans to use the office to keep going after his old boss - who he defeated in the primary - is pretty unprecedented and unprofessional.

It's her budget and prerogative until he takes office. Unless she's done something unlawful, it's really doesn't matter what he thinks (yet).
