Read one report that the two went to work early to work out. I could see them coming in causing the explosion if there was a leak.

But my question comes, how did you get a leak now on a tank or system that's been in operation for a while? But C3=, enough air and good mixing will cause things to get fun quickly.

And I did hear something in Kingwood. Sounded like someone was trying to open my bedroom door, but that's it.

Two lawsuits against Watson were filed TODAY. One is a homeowner whose house was damaged and is seeking $1,000,000 in damages. The other is on behalf of the families if the two victims.

Didn't even make it past 24 hours. The homeowner really gets me... she's lucky if her house was worth a quarter of that.

I grew up in little Mexico and went to a gangster ass elementary, I don't want to hear about petty toxic waste. I had "rockwilders" sicked on me by WestSideIndies #WSI when I was like 8.

Well, no surprises here. Two of the first three lawsuits were filed by Tony Buzbee and Eric Dick (not together).

Main reason is to advertise for the attorney

But in at least one of cases, they got a preliminary injunction which will get them an observation spot in the investigation to the cause

It'll end up being a class action suit and in those, the firm(s) that get it wins big. It's disgusting to see it happen this quickly, but if Buzbee's firm didn't do it, some other firm would've. I'd rather an Aggie attorney get the fees

I'd really like to know the socially-appropriate time I'm supposed to wait to file suit after someone blasts my home off its foundation. Darn these victims not showing Watson more courtesy.

Without knowing the law, I could see the argument against it being a class action lawsuit. If the court addresses these claims on "first come first serve basis", then the folks that filed at 12:30 yesterday don't want to go from first in line to just one of hundreds in a class action suit.

I would imagine that the residual liability from all of the homeowners, etc. means that the limits of any policy Watson had would be busted.

So they'll stick the company in chapter 11 and effectively end the race to the courthouse.

He's just trying to start a conversation that somehow ends up with his friends and relatives getting consulting contracts.

The "action" in the "call to action" will be a lucrative contract to a "well connected" consulting firm to carefully study what can be done over a several year period. The final report will be an afterthought and nothing will actually be done out of whatever it recommends.

the leak could have been any number of things I'm guessing. leaking fitting or valve packing, tubing leak, who knows. wouldn't take much to build up inside the building.
