4:26 woke up to the explosion, checked front and back yard, saw no active fires or police activity so went back to sleep.
5:30 checked the news while getting ready for work, saw the incident, and actively hoped the city would panic and stay home so my commute would be nicer

Criminal investigations (arson, etc) are going to start - but it sounds like it may just be to eliminate the possibility.
Police chief just asked people who felt the blast nearby to look around homes for debris or body parts that may be related to the explosion.
