Howdy! I'm looking for recommendations on companies you've used to put covered patios on your homes.

We have a 12x12 (I think) concrete pad on the back of our home. We'd like to expand it (probably double its size), get it covered to match the house, two ceiling fans installed. We may need some yard leveling and some of the sprinkler system would need to be redone.

Do you have companies you would recommend? We had companies come out about two years ago but I forgot which ones. They quoted up to 15k.

He owns a house framing company and on weekends he has a crew do patio covers. They drop all supplies off on friday, frame it and start shingling on saturday, and touch ups sunday.

My brother has used him on two of his homes and he does a fantastic job making it look like part of the original house. I had him quote me a 12 x 24 cover for my house and was cheaper then most pergola companies. Wasn't able to go with it because my elec panel and pole that extends from roof gets in the way. Would cost too much to get that moved.

I doubt he can do the groundworklandscaping, but his pricing for the cover itself is good.

We used Sullivent Services. Good folks, definitely did good work.

Curious what they charged for a 1.3' x 2.1' cover. Was this for a dog house?
