They are using the "sex sells" method of marketing.

Maybe it does. Maybe it doesn't. But it gets attention and conversation and helps them be committed to memory.

"There is no such thing as bad publicity"

I know a realtor that doesn't make videos like those above, but she is very attractive, knows it, and posts lots of photos that feature her attractiveness in the frame with the properties she is advertising on social media.

She kills it in the sales rankings.

You even see pictures of these glamor shot looking women on billboards advertising for their realtor company. Not once have I ever thought "Now that's a hot woman. I should totally hit her up next time I need to buy property."

One of my favorite things to do is to look up the Facebook profiles of these realtors I see on har. 99 times out of 100 they use old doctored glamour shot pictures and look absolutely nothing like what they look like on their profiles. It is pretty damned funny how wildly different some of them look.

If T&A did t work, you wouldnt see fit hot chicks everywhere you look in advertising.

It has always worked, and as long as most of society isnt freak trans and emo and what not, it will always work.

Hell, RTT comments on hot women and he is gay and proud of it. Women prefer women to deal with most of the time, especially in an industry where they are often alone in a fuggin house with the realtor. And if you are going to deal with a woman, even most women will prefer a good looking one over some fat slob manatee.

Guys will also prefer a good looking woman 100 times out of 100, because we are dudes and it is in our DNA.
