I haven't been to any Michelin starred ones but have been to a handful where a meal for 2 is a couple of bills without alcohol and wife and I were both hungry shortly after. You can call me a cheapskate all you want, but its dumb to spend more than a grocery bill on a single meal and not be satiated.
