Las Ventanas near hwy 6 and i10 is owned by the same people as Las Alamedas and is very good as well. They have a kind of cool outdoor seating area that can be really pleasant if the weather is nice. Very suitable for a date night meal.

So last night made it to anthonies. It was excellent. One of the better all around restaurants I've ate at. Atmosphere was great with the fire pits and jazz music outside. Drinks and dinner were on point. We got there right at 5:30 because they said the wait could be horrendous. Luckily we were seated immediately. However by six it was a steady stream of cars pulling in and their was a wait when we left.

It has the nice restaurant feel, but still casual enough for this country boy. It was obvious we were the only people there who didn't drive out from the suburbs. Tons of Katy folk there which I imagine is to be expected.

Overall it was excellent and we will be going back.
