I actually really like this look of this new navitimer perpetual. Should be priced pretty well in the states, without the ridiculous 20% vat that the UK adds.

I've got a Chronomaster Open. Also, IMO an El Primero movement belongs in a chronograph watch.

Every time I see a dude wearing a 38mm watch I have a theory that their wife came home and found his side chick's watch on the nightstand, and the dude had to play it off as his and wear small watches the rest of his life.

Absolutely not. 38mm is a great size for non-fatties most of the time.

Wasn't there someone on this thread recently looking for their first watch? Or anyone know a young man looking to start his collection?

I recently bought a new Hamilton Viewmatic and have a Seiko SRP767 that I'd be willing to give away for the cost of shipping. It's a good looking watch but I find myself not in love with the Roman numerals. I do not have the bracelet. I have a Hirsch Kansas brown buffalo strap with deployant clasp that I can include too. The clasp has some scratches from rubbing on a desk while at work.

Jeebus, man, add a link or 5. Your hand is turning purple.
People think I'm an idiot or something, because all I do is cut lawns for a living.

But I'm sure it looks good on you though [rodney dangerfield]

I daily a Sea Dweller 43. I also have a Sinn that's 38. Both are great. I am not a big guy only 6ft 185, but both look great. Everyone warned me that the SD43 was too big. They thought that until they wore it. Is is a tank, yes, but wears well. its only a 5mm difference. That's not that much.
