Lots of good places over there. Some of the Vietnamese places on Bellaire are on point!

Coaches at Barker Cypress and I-10 is the only place I can think of out that general direction where I've had good crawfish.

The problem with a lot of the Vietnamese crawfish joints is that they have weird hours. Most aren't open for lunch.

Good question. Used to love the crawfish and beer at Woodrows (aka Mardi Gras Grill) on Shepherd before it closed. I can go to a lot of neighborhood bars and get the tiny crawfish they typically serve. So I'm looking for the large crawfish that's tasty and worth a drive. With good beer. TIA.

Not using sea salt & sunflower oil? Then you are doing it wrong
