Too much uncertainty at this point. And really I don't know how much more the city or anyone else will know 6 hours from now. As Sci Guy said:

Problem is that if it rains here as it comes ashore, then rains upstream, then rains here again as we catch some outter bands as it bends east all that water ends up here.

I see the big flood threat coming late Wed and not tomorrow.
