Barber Shop = old school.
Never go to the Supercuts on Westheimer. Worst haircut I ever had recently. Here was my complaint letter.
Dear Management of Supercuts,
I just wanted to say that I just received one of the worst haircuts of my entire life at one of your "salons". Having a very important interview in the next couple of days, I am dreading it. I think I would rather shave my head than leave this heap of razor burned, abominable **** on my head for everyone to see. Nothing screams ghetto than a one on the side tapered to a freaking four, half way to my ears with a buzz on top. I look like a rapper, **********. I might as well pull a Marshall Mathers, shave my head, and be the next Slim Shady. Not only did I choose to go to spend my money for the haircut I received, I asked the woman who is holding the clippers to use the requested length and she idiotically places a one on it assuming that I would like my neck to be tapered half-way up to my ears. What kind of damn person thinks that works for a white male? After one continuous mistake after another, the haircut started looking worse and worse, getting the side length confused with the top length. I watched her carefully as she decided to screw me every way possible. I tried to avoid asking her to please "not too high" or "is that the right gauge?" or "Please, double check if that is a 4". I sigh at her craftsmanship on haircutting. The final product has left me infuriated so I just decided to shave my head completely.
The customer is never right in this business, apparently. Your managers can't properly hire the right help because they do not listen to customer requests. Needless to say, I am never, ever, returning to a Supercuts to give you my money until I am dead and six feet under. The only way you will get my money is if I leave it as an inheritance to my future children, and they decide to spend it on your asses one wonderful Saturday morning. Hopefully, you won't screw them over either. I highly suggest you send a performance auditor to your Houston, TX location on Westheimer Rd.
Regards,
Bob Kelso
