I was at Snoop last night - he took waaaaay too long to come on stage (after subjecting everyone to his short film Malice in Wonderland. But once he hit the stage the place was bumping - lot's of fun. I mainly went for the experience and people watching and it was well worth it.

I'm not a huge snoop-a-loop fan, but hit the show last night upon the urging of some friends. This was his best show (that I've seen) as he touched all the classics along with several other artist's songs where he had a guest appearance. When he started playing Akon 'i wanna love you'....most of us were a little confused until we realized Snoop sang in the song. Good times, but it appeared to me that HOB let in 1,900+ people (capacity is 1,500). It was so packed it was almost not worth it...would have been a good night to have balcony seats for sure. The other down-note was that Snoop was scheduled to come on at 9:30pm, but didn't show until 11pm. He jammed for 60 minutes and took off promptly.

DAMMIT i can't find anyone to go to the Killswitch Engage show with me on the 25th Warehouse Live.

i seriously might be go by myself, they're on my list of must see bands.

i want to see if Howard has the pipes live, i hear he does.

oh well eff me nevermind, i just found out Howard isn't singing on this tour.

The Red Room is to be remodeled into something akin to the House Of Blues' loungy Foundation Room, meaning no more shows inside it. The sports-bar area will become the Channel Room and will act as the venue's smaller setting for metal, indie, punk and alt-rock showcases. Kelley will book most of the acts on that stage, and hinted that one of the lower floors will be turned into a separate dance club."

PRP says original frontman Jesse Leach will be the frontman for a few Killswitch shows, but look only to be the NYC ones.

everything points to Labonte being the singer. dunno what's up with Jones.

Labonte originally lost the gig to Jones when Jesse left. i DO like All That Remains, but if im going to see KSE, i want howard.

itll be hard to 'sex' that building up, its pretty sh*tty already, but if they keep pulling some decent shows, ill keep goin.

yeh i mean warehouse was the same kind of building.. i think they did a good job. Meridian had to if they want to keep pulling in decent bands. when you've got warehouse live and HOB within 2-3 miles, that's tough competition.

As a public service, i am going to suggest you dont go to the Puddle of Poop concert.

I have had the displaeasure of seeing them as an opening band for several shows years ago and they are terrible.

Once as an opener for Deftones/Godsmack they damn near got booed off the stage with stuff thrown at them during the entire set.

Anybody know where to get tickets for the Phoenix show at Verizon on 4/30/10. The tickets go on sale Friday, 2/19/10, but I'm not seeing the event listed on the livenation site. Perhaps, it is a Buzz sponsored event, but I'm not seeing it listed on their site either.

Cowboy Mouth is playing HoB tonight... that oughta be a fun Fat Tuesday show. Id probably go check it out if i didnt have another obligation.

The Phoenix show seems to be on livenation now.
