apparently the story behind that song was some random dude walked up to John at a stros game, handed him the CD, and walked off. they never knew who the guy was and he never called in to claim it, so they were legally banned from every putting it up on the website. the writer is a legend

I hadn't ever heard the back story of it, good stuff, it just adds to the intrigue.

I remember them cranking that thing during the World Series run in 2005.

That has to be the all time greatest team song ever.
