Well the wife and I found a "new" Greek restaurant in Katy (other than Red Oak - that the i-phone considers "Greek".

Santorini (has the Greek letter "Sigma" instead of the "S" on the Restaurant marque)
22760 Westheimer Pkwy #350
Katy TX 77450
832.437.1895

It's in a very new "upscale" shopping center not yet completed off of Westheimer Parkway across from the YMCA.

Now we don't have to drive all the way down to Niko Niko's (which is still the best in my book) for some excellent Greek food.

Santorini's menu is not as diversified as Niko Niko's but some of the basic meals are listed.

One thing I can honestly say, the Pita Bread and Hummus was the BEST I have ever had! It was even better than my grandfather's home cooked recepie! I could go to Santorini just for the pita bread and hummus.

The only problem is that the menu is somewhat limited and when I ordered the Souvlaki skewers the meat was a bit "tough" compared to other places. My wife had the lamb/steak pita and it was amazing!

Just thought you West Houston/Katy folk would like to know about this hidden treasure.
