I need a good coffee type place to sit down for 4-5 hours and study tomorrow. Only place I have been to is the Starbucks at I-10 and Shepherd. Would prefer someplace around the area where I can get a good cup of coffee (and many more) and hang out for a few hours. Thanks for your help!

Ive never been there, but I have been meaning to try the Onion Creek Coffe House, Bar and Lounge. Its a bar, a coffee house, and it has food. I have no idea if it is a decent place to study, but you could always get a drink instead.

Onion Creek also serves wine. I would say at night it's more of a bar than coffee shop.

Taking the PHR tomorrow. Have put off studying until the last minute, which was not a good decision. Are you certified, Ezra? Any advice (besides not waiting until the last minute to study)??

Acutally - I took and passed the SPHR this morning.

I too put off studying. I had taken a cram course/practice test back in Nov. and just reviewed that this week.

Training Design

What about unions? Section 5 is a lot of union information. My company doesn't have any dealings with unions, so this is all new to me. Thanks for the advice!

That's Labor Law.

There wasn't a lot of union questions on my test this morning, but I took the PHR about 8 years ago and remember that it had a lot.
