The Fan is habitually advertising that they are #1 in Dfw (i think they've done this for a while) but i haven't heard Craig talk about where the ticket stacks up recently.

Per reddit, The Ticket (or rather Cumulus) stopped participating in the Nielsen ratings at the end of 2025. So whatever 105.3 is saying is probably accurate based on the ratings book.

Is TC a regular guest now? That would be rough.

I've pretty much completely given up on the DZ. Was listening to an episode or two a week and then just quit because it wasn't enjoyable anymore. Still love Dan and I like Blake, but Jake was not entertaining anymore, and I was a big Jake fan at the ticket and at the beginning of the DZ. It's like a great Texas country artist that goes sober and their music falls off a cliff. Jake fell off a cliff after getting sober (which made him high horsey and have to talk about being sober all the time and apparently just made him an angry human being).

He is more regular than he used to be. I think it's because Blake has competing priorities (the Cowboys game tonight, I think). It would be one thing if TC was mildly entertaining or had interesting opinions, but he's neither. He's Jake's fat buddy, and that's about it.

And Jake has three different M.O.'s nowadays:

- Cowboys defeatist (I'm not even a Cowboys fan, and it's tiresome)
- Political talk
- Sobriety talk

It's terrible. Makes me feel bad for Dan and Blake, who, like you, I like.

Tuned in to the Gordo Twitch stream and watched his interview with Kristen Bell and the cast of her show. As much as he downplayed it, that he hasn't done the junkets in years, he was nervous, etc....its a classic Gordo. There is a zero percent chance Ch 8 or any local station runs it on air but that will happen when you ask celebrities about incest coffee commercials

Kristen Bell breaking 7 seconds into the interview because she's been through this before is excellent

He said on Twitch that Kristen admitted to sending some videos of Gordon's interviews to the co-stars beforehand. Even with that advanced intel the looks when Gordon, off the top, thanks Netflix and The Innocence Project were great
