Monty seems to be on the struggle bus. Had what was supposed to be day surgery to remove his butt tumor, but couldn't really wake up from the anesthesia so they kept him overnight. Called in this AM but sounds like crap and says he feels really sore all over. Morbidly obese and surgery is not a good mix

really wish he would do something about his weight. sota or ozempic or whatever. he seems like such a good dude and frankly the ticket needs him to get healthy and stick around a long time because the bench is extremely short.
Right. His style is much closer to a classic ticket fit than anything else they are running out 10-3. Between the return of his cancer and his size, his health really is concerning. He said he didn't have any news yet as far as the pathology of what was removed, so what's next as far as treatment is unknown. Hopefully surgery alone took care of it

Years ago on pre-game Sundays, reporter Mickey Spagnola used to have 3 bullet points "Keys ot the Game" segments on tv ... they were typically generic points that were completely obvious even to the casual football game watching fan like 1) Block, 2) Catch the ball, & 3) Minimize penalties. Exaggerating the simplicity, but only slightly.
The "pigskin panel" reminds me of those simpleton "Keys to the Game" segments ... big bags of nothing.

The musers have to fill content, I understand them doing the panel and key plays. What would make it better is if Jr and George would do any research prior to the game so these plays have context. It would be cool if either did any research into college football as well but that seems to be asking a lot.Trajan88 said:
