Yes, they were...a quarter of a century ago, and they haven't gone that route since. And IIRC, Bob had been doing nights at the Ticket for about a year before they paired him with Dan on middays. One has to wonder if Mino and Monty are treating this as a week-long "please hire us as hosts full time" audition - this is assuming that nothing has been communicated to the on-air folks re: how they'll backfill/replace Norm, obviously.

They even mailed in 8:40 playing Norm's Greatest Hits. Didn't even try to do something original and funny.

Has anyone attended or know of anyone who's attended one of these 'land sales' advertised? Between all the flyers in the mail and these radio ads, it seems like a beating similar to timeshare salesmen, but lo and behold it has peaked my curiosity so hoping to get the full scoop before I waste a Saturday.
