It was down for part of Saturday....I think most of the 2nd round. It was up on Sunday every time I turned on the stream.
The stream has been up and down all morning. Don't expect to hear a full segment.
I wonder if they truly understand how many people listen to the online stream. It seems like they would find it unacceptable for it to be down for this long.

Interesting that this is the only definitive way to determine the number of listeners. I'm sure they know it to the T how many.

One of the Cumulus tech guys told me that they are still waiting to receive some network equipment from corporate to replace what crashed on Friday. Right now they are temporarily using consumer grade equipment to get the stream up at least some of the time. Once they receive and install the industry standard grade equipment, it should be back to normal. He didn't say when he expects to receive the equipment.

my feeling is that they won't receive one for at least 2 weeks.
Yeah it was working for me this morning, kind of in and out though, and now it hasn't worked for the past hour or so. Maybe something crashed again. I just hope this isn't a week long running problem.

The technician just told me they are supposed to receive the new hardware from Cumulus tomorrow. It should also be pre-programmed so it'll be ready to go once plugged in. We'll see if things remain on schedule...

The worst ad for me is the credit repair one where they get that chick on with the worst voice talking about charge offs. I dive for the mute button on that one.
The ads have gotten a little better lately, but I find it funny how they have 3 eye care places, 3 foundation places, and 3 credit places fighting for air time. Seems odd to me.

I remember the McGruff crime dog commercial from a few years ago. It beat me down back then...and I was deeply hurt when I heard that it was back. I quickly hit mute as well whenever it comes on.
