A potential move to Dallas may be in store for our family. We've identified Lake Highlands as an area we'd be interested.

Does anyone have a realtor rec for the Lake Highlands area?

Any other family friendly areas 20 minutes of Uptown to consider? Highland Park and Preston Hollow are unfortunately over budget.

There are a ton of good realtors. Check out Max Dunham and Donald Wright.

Lakewood and far north dallas are also areas to check out…but we LOVE Lake Highlands.

Craig Merriman with Dave Perry Miller. Call him. He knows this area of Dallas very well, I believe he's been active in real estate there for almost 20 years. Also a great dude and a good Ag.

Talk to Amy, her group knows everything and they all live in the area.

Cody is a good guy, and if they were looking north, sure. But they really need an LH focused person. Tons and tons of "off MLS" deals.

To that point, Amy has bought and sold probably half a dozen houses in the L streets off market just this year.

I cannot stress this enough. 3 houses sold this year in my neighborhood off MLS.

Do not go with a realtor who doesn't have connections in LH or you will miss on a lot of opportunities.

Lake Highlands is an amazing place to live and great for kids. You won't regret it if y'all do decide to move here!

Consider Farmers Branch. It's at the intersection of several highways so it's 20 min (give or take) from almost anywhere in DFW. I work downtown and my commute is anywhere from 17-28 min in the morning and I just choose which of 3 highways has the least amount of traffic.

Very family friendly. We enjoy our life here with 3 small kids and one more on the way. The city slogan is "city in a park".

Try Courtney and Edward Slater @Slatersells.

If you need a number, let me know.

They live in Lake Highlands and Courtney Crawford Slater is a good Ag.
