My family and I go to Southcliff Baptist Church and it is awesome! Great preaching and lots of places to get plugged in. I also know that Wedgewood Baptist, Travis Avenue Baptist and McKinney Bible church are all good churches. I know you're in White Settlement but going on the loop wouldn't take you long to get to Southcliff (Granbury Rd. & I-20) or Mckinney on Hulen.

I know you've been at a COC recently so if you'd rather not go to to a Baptist Church, McKinney is a nondemonational Bible church and is a VERY good church.

I do know that wherever you try out, go for at least a month and go to all you can in that month. Basing your opinion all on one Sunday can be misleading as everyone has a bad Sunday once in a while but it's kind of hard to have 4 bad Sundays in a row if you're a decent church. Good luck!

I go to Altamesa Church of Christ in southwest Fort Worth and it is fantastic.

My gf and I have been a few times to Trinity Christian in Aledo/Willow Park. Seems to be a lot of families with younger kids so I don't know if it fits the age demographics you're looking for, but it's worth trying out. It's really laid back and I really like the pastor.

I forgot about Christ Chapel Bible Church. I have heard it's good as well.

I third or fourth Christ Chapel Bible Church. It's at I-30 and Montgomery. It's really a great church.

My parents and brother and sister-in-law (Aggies who are 25) go to Richland Hills CoC and are plugged into a small group they love.

When I lived in Fort Worth, my wife and I went to Christ Chapel Bible Church - couldn't recommend it any more highly. They have a great community there.

Try Lifechurch in SW Fort Worth. It's about 10-15 minutes from you. From Whitesettlement, take the Grandbury road exit and its right next to the Ogle School and Panchos (haha, I know). It's in an old movie theatre. It's Non-Denominational with a lot of college age to mid-late twenty somethings. The worship is awesome (live band) and the message experience will blow you away. It's not that huge either. Maybe about 500 regulars...let me know if you are interested, I can get you in touch with my dad who is class of '81 and also goes there. He can get you plugged in a Lifegroup (bible study).

I used to go to McKinney, and it was a great church, but the size was too big for me. If you are looking for a larger church, McKinney is a good place to try. (But try Lifechurch! You'll love it!)

can't go wrong with Ed Young and Fellowship Church. There's one in downtown FW and Grapevine in the 817.

Regarding Lifechurch.tv - the facility they are in has been completely remodeled and is state-of-the-art. kamc292 (my daughter) made it sound like a crappy place ;-).

The church has all ages, but is mostly young. We have lots of couples and singles in your age group. This is a very high-tech church that uses technology like you wouldn't believe, and has in Internet campus as well. The praise and worship band is the best I've ever heard in a church.

Seems like Ed Young is perfecting the art of franchising churches, I am waiting for one to open in Cityview next to Sonic.
