I live in East Austin and sadly the family friend's property where we've hunted the past 10+ years was sold due to development in the area.

Anyone know of any decent paid day dove hunting spots nearby? Tried one in Pflugerville last year and we didn't see any birds.

I'm a very casual hunter so not looking for anything fancy, just paying a guy $100 to shoot some birds in his field.

Agree- it has started getting to be slim pickings out there.

Had a decent spot last year between Manor and Pville. The traffic made it such a beating just to get there that we gave it up.
