I recently bought a Perry home in Bastrop, and they included loops in the garage as standard on every house being built in the neighborhood so you could install the system of your choice or have them add it as an option during the finish out. The loop makes a great fishing rod holder...Agit8r said:

One more reason (of many) not to purchase a SF home. The framing of my home was like the work of a high school shop class... among other things.
