I work for myself tinting windows on cars. The workload during summer is insane. Looking to hire a kid with a good head on his shoulders to train from the ground up. The money in this business is really great. I've trained before and have a system established for doing so. Once proficient, the apprentice would be able to work on his own with a lot of independence.

Would you take a high school kid?
Is it an hourly rate or per job type thing ?

Hourly will be better during training because they won't be fast enough to make any money per car. A high school kid would be perfect.
