Williamson County has three of the fastest growing residential neighborhoods with Santa Rita Ranch, Sonterra, and Bar W Ranch. Easton Park in Travis and Sunfield in Hays are part of the Top 5 in the area.

Genuine question: what is the price of an "affordable house"? I keep hearing this buzz word. Is it $1 below the average?

It's a ratio of average income in the area vs price of house. It's so rich people don't price all the service workers out of the city. Starts to cause real issues in the city that are hard to reverse. Think Austin is already well down that path.

Yes. And regarding educators and Robin Hood: I'm not even sure if HCOL is a factor when distributing funds aside from enrollment numbers. Does anyone know?

Austin ISD gives back $700M but a teacher in AISD probably needs to make $75k and one in Del Rio $40k.
