Looking to finally get this done and trying to narrow down the options. There's so many around town that it's a little overwhelming.

I had mine done years ago by Dr. Shannon Wong, Austin Eye.

i still use him as my eye doctor. highly recommend.

Tom Walters with Texan Eye did mine and I am very satisfied.

I had ASA (LASIK-like) by Steven Dell about 15 years ago. Wife got lens implants from Wong last year.

My lasik was done by Mann Eye. Very pleased with the results, doctors, and just overall went very well.

I went Dell last year after researching the most. No complaints. I was giving up supposed bedside manner for what seemed to be the most respected surgeon however, I had zero issues with his bedside manner or feeling like it was impersonal. Covid procedures may have sheltered me from what I've heard is a complain of "cattle herding" approach.

I'm scheduled for LASIK with Dr. Dell next month. First I've heard of his "bedside manner" in all the reviews I've read.

Eye Physicians of Austin. Peter Wollan or Peter Ryg. I've had two cataract surgeries and also have ocular hypertension. My father had macular degeneration and a detached retina. Can't say enough great things about this practice.
