Years ago, I did some CPA work for Disability Resources DRI in Abilene. DRI was the program that Gene Stallings was one of the founding directors back then. I think they had some lawyers lined up and on call and basically had basic documents drafted for getting the "Folks" lined up for future residency.

If you have found or identified a property or facility for your son, I'll bet they have about the same thing and would be happy to help you get every thing setup for him.
