The front entry includes 36'' Fiberglass Door with Full Lite Glass, It has a Triple Window on one side and a Transom Window around the top, 3 36 x 36 casement windows as shown on the floor plan. The ceiling is Pine T&G R19 with Lap Siding, Entry Steps and cedar accents. You can finish it out however you like, it is currently wired for a ceiling fan but all other electric including connections will need to be done. Air Conditioner unit not included.
A nosy neighbor with nothing better to do than complain decided they didn't like my beautiful tiny room and complained to the City of Austin. As it turns out the building was in violation by a few inches. Not because of the building itself but because of the way my property lines are drawn.
