Fisher Critical Services. I have worked with Tyler (owner), Chad, and Jacob at a local mechanical contractor and used them water heater and boiler startups. They do all the work at my house. They do both residential and commercial plumbing service and projects.

Daniels and Radiant have been good for me. ABC, not so much...

You could always call tech support of the water heater manufacture and if it's within the labor warranty scope you could get the service call for free. Also doesn't hurt to see what they say before you call a plumber out.

I would say to just avoid Reliant Plumbing at all costs. Super shady company. They will not give you a quote over the phone, and they require an $89 charge for one of their plumbers to come out to give a quote. Then their quote will be 3-4x what other plumbers charge for the same work, but they will tell you that your $89 will go towards the quote if you use them for the service. They're dishonest, bait and switch scumbags.
