Although I assume at 10 these were mostly planned. I also assume with 10 that your kids are way better behaved that most peoples just to survive.

Im guessing that empty nesters don't count? When I got married, my wife's son was already at A&M and moved out the month after he graduated ('93). We both have been here since 1980 and still live in the same house in NW Austin since 1990.
