If you are looking for a mega-church, Hill Country mentioned above. Easily 1000+ people on Sundays.
We go to Northwest Fellowship on Anderson Mill and Pond Springs. It is smaller than the mega-churches, which we like, and has alot of outreach programs they do. Probably average around 150 people on Sundays.
Thanks, again. I have attended mostly large churches while my wife has attended mostly small churches, so those will be a good mix for us to try to determine what works best for us. We've attended mostly smaller churches together.
Zoo, your specifics are very similar to my family's. We have been going to Austin Stone at the St. John's campus since November. We like it but it's not close to us here in RR near Cedar Park. Still not connected in the church really, (our fault.) Head pastor is an Aggie.
We went to Gateway yesterday. Cool worship; message was alright. Probably not for us; a little too big. Will check out others in the weeks to come. Have been to Gateway and New Hope 1st Baptist in Leander / Cedar Park so far.
You could also try Hill Country Bible Church Pflugerville, Round Rock, Hutto, or Leander depending on where you live. They have multiple locations. They aren't as big as the mothership.
After looking at all the websites, belief statements, and worship types, will probably visit Hill Country Bible (Leander is closest) and Great Hills Baptist. Thanks for all the assistance.
