Criminal mischief- I couldn't find the amount of damage he was charged with causing, which would determine the penalty

He doesn't have any prior felony convictions, but he has six prior misdemeanor convictions

The wheels of justice here in Brazos County are on a combine….

He hasn't been convicted yet, but three of the charges against him (deadly conduct and criminal mischief) are from those incidents.
