Every time I hear about a bar, dance hall, restaurant, etc. that opens up in somewhere in a field, I just think about how many folks within a mile will hate having that place near their houses and how it might ruin their quiet.

Yes, I am old. But, I also had to deal with this in a previous house and we ended up moving.

I'd love to know what was said here, lol.

I drive Jones Rd. to get to work every day, and the lot with the pin from the staff pic has not been developed at all. I was looking in the wrong place before.

So it makes me wonder if any of this is actually happening since the only evidence I've found is a couple of posters very cryptically suggesting it on Texags.

It's definitely happening. Likely Fall 2026 before opening, but it's different than anything College Station has ever had to offer, both to patrons and artists.

Lotta rookies on this thread. The Harry's conspiracy….it's all a lie. I have it on good word that Brad Wesley is the new owner and he's moving it to Snook. This may shut down chili fest. My buddy in the porta potty business is livid.

I'm not saying you're a liar, but I am saying there is only one access on jones that shows zero signs of heavy equipment moving in and out, and based on the satellite image there doesnt appear to be good access from anywhere else.

I'm also saying that I'm getting annoyed with the unsubstantiated teasers with no supporting evidence and I'm going to flag any new ones as trolls.

Rusty announced on Facebook that the 3rd Floor Cantina in Downtown Bryan will be turned into a 2000 sq foot dance hall.
