I'll miss Murphy's Law
It's been a hot minute since I've been there, but I think Murphy's Law is one half and the Bavarian place was the other ... I believe Murphy's is staying open but the other side is probably what they are referring to as move-in ready for a new concept.BlueMiles said:b0ridi said:According to Rusty, it's still open and plans to stay open.Captn_Ag05 said:

"Move in ready for a new dining or entertainment concept" seems to cast some doubt on that statement.
This makes sense; I recall rumors not long ago that the German place was closing...owner retiring or leaving I think.Tailgate88 said:It's been a hot minute since I've been there, but I think Murphy's Law is one half and the Bavarian place was the other ... Salad and Go - 3200 S Texas Ave in Bryan
This was announced, but the building is now "for lease." I think Salad and Go fell through.
The College Station location is open. There was a proposed Bryan location that fell through, apparently.Sub4 said:REBUILT THE KETTLE!BlueMiles said:

Yayyyy for parking minimums *sarcasm*
Would like to respond but don't feel like making a thread tonight. Maybe some other time.NotJPMorgan said:
Don't want to derail the thread, would be happy to discuss in an appropriate place, but I work in the industry and understand both sides of the parking argument. The truth of the matter is there is no exact science to determining the proper number of parking spaces as every development has a hundred factors to consider. Parking minimums are at best an uneducated guess.
And to absolutely bore everyone to death, I recommend reading Paved Paradise - How Parking Explains the World by Henry Grabar.
They have been veeeeeeeeery slow in opening locations in Houston and San Antonio. They announced three locations in the Houston back in 2021 and still haven't opened the doors on the Spring location just yet. They're ready--tax stuff is lined up, building's all ready to go, but nothing yet.BlueMiles said:

There is one in Houston as well. It wasn't too bad. I'm not normally one for regular plain donuts or donut holes, but theirs were tasty.Charpie said:They apparently opened a store in Austin and its all the rage.Hornbeck said:
