Zake Noodle House is going in the spot next to where Solt used to be. I think it has been vacant for some time.

My understanding is that they have let a lot of people go recently. Not sure what happened to them.

I have personal knowledge of this one and of course I can't disclose anything. I will say though that I'm close with Corninth''s leadership. They are quite capable and the vision is going to be a very good thing for College Station. I would anticipate a few bells and whistles you see in lifestyle developments in larger markets.
So, is it really happening? Wasn't there another project like that and it never materialized?

Well they need to get the deal transacted with the city and then they can proceed. That's not done until it's done.

These being the current markets in Texas, I wouldnt get my hopes up. But, stranger things have happened. Simple numbers would suggest they'd be in Lubbock, Corpus, and El Paso first. Maybe even Waco.

Which one of you is this? There's a garage a block away. We parked there and ate there within 15 minutes last Friday (First Friday).
I love the area, I really do, but no one goes there partly because they can’t. Parking is a premium there and those places are ghost towns until they solve that problem.
