I wasn't talking about you specifically. My recollection is that someone with the city not named Bob Yancy made a comment in the news about operations and maintenance and city hall was mentioned by them.

This may come as a shock, but not everything in this thread is about you. It's about city leadership in general and the staffers with the wonderful ideas to tell city leadership to spend money on vanity projects like a drunken congressman.
