Maybe this was just a jump for the fun of it. If they're allowed to do that, on their own time, in Navy uniforms.
The guy with the plane showed up, got out of the plane and took off his own parachute, which we thought was a little weird. Thought maybe it was just an insurance policy?
Then he walked back and forth like he couldn't figure out how to get in the restaurant. Then back to his plane.
A little while later the four jumpers showed up at the fence and he told them how to get around to the plane.
They got in the tarmac area, talked a few minutes, got rigged up, got in the plane. Plane engine came on, sat there. Plane engine turned off and everyone got out. They got on their phones, a couple minutes later they looked up at the tower and gave a thumbs up.
Everyone assumed the folding positions (plane was tight for four guys plus the pilot!!), plane started up again and they were off!
Not sure which way they went.
It gave us something to watch, the terminal was slow tonight between the Aggies record and stormy day/ evening.
