They only communicate via email and text. It is nearly impossible to get somebody on the phone. Also, and I believe this says a lot, you can't go to their office and walk in. All of their doors are locked and you have to speak to somebody in order to get in. I'm sure if you irritate enough people that that's your standard operating procedure
