Someone that I know personally rents a house that was managed by TNT properties. Effective January 2025, their property is managed by a different company which is unaffiliated with Kyle Dwyer.

Likely means the owner of that property contracted with a different property management company. Smart move by the property owner.

So Dywer's mailing address on the tax rolls for his home in college station is presumably his parents house in Guadalupe county and they're 5 years behind on property taxes.

Seems with all that college kid window screen missing penalty money, he could keep them out of foreclosure.

He takes advantage of people for money.

When his parents get foreclosed on he can buy their house cheap and turn it into a rental and get them to sign a lease that assures they get some fictional charges later.

Maybe the parents are scamming him

Spending the tax money on something else and sticking the heirs with a lien when they pass
