My go to is the Chinese yellow mustard - that stuff makes me cry and cleans out everything.

Also, I finished the release form wings from HWB. That stuff was primarily dave's insanity thickened up. I didn't throw up or anything, but had the worst cotton mouth ever the next morning. Chugged a huge glass of water and passed out. I don't even know if I ever got my name on the plaque.

My suggestion would be Taqueria Poblana on Boonville/Briarcrest. Get the trompo pastor taco plate and load up on the free habanero and verde salsas. IMO best combo of heat and flavor in town. Don't skimp on the pickled carrots/onions/fruit either.
Spice World Market. Order any dish level 4. Caprock Urgent care is right across from them. You'll need them.
Mrs. G used to make me a super spicy Pepperoni Pasta when she owned Cenare. Good times.

They toned it down the last time I ate there but the cioppino at 1860 Italia is pretty dang spicy. The first time I had it I thought it was a mistake and asked the waiter and he said it was supposed to be spicy but he had never tried it. I told him I can handle spicy but it's cioppino and I don't think it's supposed to be this spicy. My wife and the other couple at our table agreed it was inedible. I ordered it a second time out of curiosity a few months later and it was less much spicy but probably still too spicy for most people.

Did the Dave's Hot Chicken last night, and got their reaper. It was equivalently hot to CookShack, but man was it terrible. They coat the chicken in so much powder that it's like biting into a layer of sand before actually getting to the chicken. You can feel your teeth biting into the spice because it is so thick. I never did the cinnamon challenge, but I imagine that it is similar.
So far, when it comes to heat and flavor, CookShack is still in the lead.
