Awhile back when everyone was having issues with Suddenlink someone posted a email for a contact who actually ANSWERED your email. My bill jumped over $30 & the only BS I get is 'the promotion expired'. The idiot I talked to on the phone said I was a long time customer & he would make sure I got a new discount/promotion via email. Needless to say I've heard nothing but crickets...and got notification of my new bill - with no change.
