Awhile back when everyone was having issues with Suddenlink someone posted a email for a contact who actually ANSWERED your email. My bill jumped over $30 & the only BS I get is 'the promotion expired'. The idiot I talked to on the phone said I was a long time customer & he would make sure I got a new discount/promotion via email. Needless to say I've heard nothing but crickets...and got notification of my new bill - with no change.

One of the ladies in the Bryan office told us to call 1-844-227-1627. The gentleman who answered was able to scan through our account, clear out some packages that are no longer around, and got our bill dropped by $90-something per month. He also suggested we call once a year to review our account to see what changes might be available to keep the bill down. Give that number a try.
