How long ago was that, if you don't mind saying?

Enercon has done solar windows for 2 of our homes and they replaced a broken window in our last house. We've never had any issues with the techs that come out and install.

We did have a billing issue when we sold our last house. About 9 months after we sold, someone called us and said they were trying to collect on unpaid bills before the year ended. Long story short, when they did work on the house we sold the tech wrote it up on 2 tickets. We didn't know about the second ticket and when my husband went into pay the next week, they only showed 1 ticket. It took 3 different people at Enercon to even tell me what the work done was for the second ticket. We owed, we paid. The end.

This was March/April 2015.

We had work done in early 2016.
It did not meet my expectations which were based upon previous comments on this board.
